TRANCEFORM ANXIETY TO THRIVE
Perth Anxiety Therapist | Rapid Transformational Therapy® & Clinical Hypnotherapy for Anxiety in Perth & Worldwide
You’re still handling everything… but your anxiety isn’t getting better.
On the outside, you’re functioning and keeping it together. But internally, your mind won’t switch off, the tension keeps building, and what used to help isn’t working anymore.
I understand this deeply because I’ve lived it too — looking “fine” on the outside while anxiety, overthinking and other symptoms and behaviours were constantly running beneath the surface.
If you’re looking for RTT® hypnotherapy for anxiety in Perth or online anywhere in the world, this personalised approach is designed to help address the deeper patterns contributing to anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional suppression and other associated symptoms.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a multi-award-winning, intensive form of hypnotherapy that integrates elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, parts work and neuroscience to work with the subconscious patterns, beliefs and emotional responses contributing to anxiety. RTT® is designed to work intensively, often within 1–3 sessions per issue, with individual needs and results varying.
Change what’s driving your anxiety at the root, so you can feel calmer, clearer and more in control, with greater emotional regulation, capacity and resilience to navigate everyday life without anxiety and other symptoms running the show.
When anxiety becomes constant, it starts shaping how you think, feel, relate and live.
You might recognise this…
✓ You’ve got it together on the outside, but inside you’re dealing with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, chronic stress, low self-worth, fears, panic attacks or emotional ups and downs.
✓ You’ve tried counselling, psychology, medication, meditation and mindset work, but the anxiety is still there.
✓ You may even have tried hypnotherapy before. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a more intensive, integrative approach that combines hypnotherapy with elements of psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, parts work and neuroscience, with many issues often addressed within 1–3 sessions depending on the individual and the issue.
✓ You want to heal the deeper patterns driving your anxiety and the symptoms and behaviours that come with it, without spending years coping or trying to figure it all out.
If this is you, I’ve helped hundreds of clients one-on-one identify and rewire the deeper patterns contributing to their anxiety and related symptoms, creating changes that have transformed how they feel, function, relate and experience their lives.
Most approaches focus on managing anxiety. But if the underlying pattern doesn’t change, the same anxious response keeps running in the background.
What Is Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Why Do I Use It for Anxiety?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) does not rely on hypnosis alone. It draws on elements of hypnosis, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, parts work and other therapeutic approaches to work with both conscious and subconscious patterns.
When it comes to anxiety, the goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms in the moment. It is to explore the underlying beliefs, emotional responses and learned patterns that may be contributing to the anxious response in the first place.
Traditional hypnotherapy is often delivered over around 4–10 sessions, depending on the issue and approach. Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is designed as a more intensive and targeted approach, bringing several therapeutic techniques together within fewer, longer sessions, with many issues often addressed within 1–3 RTT® sessions, depending on the individual and the issue.
That is why RTT® forms a core part of my 1:1 anxiety program. I build on the RTT® process with personalised hypnosis audios for neural rewiring, follow-up integration sessions and other therapeutic approaches where appropriate, with the work tailored to the individual rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Why I Created Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive
A personalised 8-week 1:1 anxiety program designed to help you work with the underlying patterns contributing to anxiety and associated symptoms and behaviours, while giving you the time and support to integrate the changes made through Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I created this program because I understand what it is like to look capable on the outside while anxiety, overthinking and other patterns are quietly affecting how you feel and respond to life. I also know how frustrating it can be to keep trying to manage symptoms without really understanding what may be driving them.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is designed to work intensively, often within 1–3 sessions per issue, but persistent anxiety is rarely just one isolated issue. I know this from my own personal experience and from working one-on-one with hundreds of clients over the years.
As the image below shows, anxiety can be layered, with multiple experiences, beliefs, emotions and nervous-system patterns contributing to how you feel today.
That is why I work with new anxiety clients through a structured 8-week program rather than one-off sessions. The RTT® hypnotherapy session is an important part of the work, but I also know from both personal experience and from supporting hundreds of clients presenting with anxiety that what happens after the session matters too.
The follow-up support gives us space to review what has shifted, work through anything that has surfaced, reinforce the changes made in session and support integration as the work continues to unfold. For anxiety in particular, I believe this ongoing support is crucial because change is not only about what happens during your RTT® Hypnotherapy session, but also about how those changes are understood, reinforced and integrated into everyday life.
The program gives us the time, flexibility, depth and follow-up support to work with what is actually contributing to your anxiety, reinforce the changes made in session, and support progress as it unfolds.
The aim is not simply to help you manage anxiety better, but to work with the deeper patterns contributing to it so you can create meaningful, lasting change.

Up to four 45-minute follow-up Integration Calls, with two calls after each RTT® session, usually around Day 14 and Day 28.

Valued at: AUD$800
Personalised Neural Rewiring Audio
You’ll receive up to two personalised hypnosis audios, individually scripted and recorded from the work completed in your sessions.
Your recordings are designed to reinforce the changes made during your RTT® hypnotherapy session and support the development of new neural pathways, patterns, behaviours and ways of responding.
Valued at: AUD$600
You can keep spending time and money on counselling, psychology, supplements, courses and other approaches that may help you manage the symptoms, while still feeling like you have not addressed what is really driving the problem.
Or you can choose to invest in yourself through a structured, personalised program that gives you the time, support and therapeutic depth to work on the patterns contributing to your anxiety, reinforce change and create a meaningful difference in how you feel and live.
An RTT® hypnotherapy session itself can create powerful insight and perspective shifts. But the real challenge is often what happens afterwards — when you are back in everyday life trying to understand, apply and live those changes.
With a standalone hypnotherapy session, support usually ends when the appointment ends, and you are left to deal with what comes up on your own unless and until you decide to book another appointment.
This program is different. Ongoing follow-up, personalised feedback and guidance are built in, so you have support as you integrate the work into everyday life and give yourself the best opportunity to create meaningful, lasting change.

Ready to heal what’s driving your anxiety?
Your consultation gives us time to explore what you’re experiencing, what you want to change, and whether my approach is appropriate for your needs.
Hi, I’m Julie Chal
I help high-functioning adults change what’s driving their anxiety and associated symptoms at the subconscious and nervous-system level, so they can feel calm, confident and free.
My own experience with anxiety is what led me to this work. I know what it feels like to live with anxiety, overthinking and self-doubt while looking as though you have it all together on the outside.
I lived with anxiety for more than 30 years before I discovered this work and experienced for myself that meaningful change is possible — and that change doesn’t always have to take years. For me, this came after years of regular talk therapy that had helped me understand myself but had not created the deeper change I was looking for.
The impact was so significant that this is still the work I use in my own life today, not only for anxiety, but in other areas where I want to create change.
As a Rapid Transformational Therapist® and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I use a targeted approach that goes beyond symptom management.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a multi-award-winning, intensive form of hypnotherapy that draws on elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, parts work and neuroscience. It is designed to work with the subconscious beliefs, emotional responses and patterns influencing how you think, feel and respond — so we can understand where the pattern began, why it persists and what needs to change.
This is how we change the pattern:
✔ Identify what’s driving the anxiety and why it keeps persisting
✔ Change the subconscious and nervous-system patterns maintaining it
✔ Reinforce the new response so it becomes more familiar and automatic over time
This is the process I use inside my 1:1 program, Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive.
My broader therapeutic approach integrates Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Conversational Hypnosis and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™, alongside other psychotherapy-informed, CBT, NLP and parts-based techniques.
Why This Work is Personal to Me
I understand anxiety from both a professional and personal perspective. In this short video, I share my own experience of living with anxiety for many years, what changed for me when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy®, and why I now work with clients at the subconscious and nervous system level.
Real People. Real Healing. Real Change.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
This program may be a good fit if your anxiety and other associated symptoms have become ongoing, has worsened over time, or is affecting several areas of your life.
It is designed for people who need more than support for a temporary stressful situation or a specific short-term concern.
During your consultation, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing and whether this program is the right level of support for you.
-
Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive combines personalised Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, follow-up coaching and integration support.
We work with the deeper patterns contributing to how you think, feel and respond, rather than focusing only on managing symptoms. The changes are then reinforced through personalised hypnosis recordings designed to support neural rewiring, alongside the strategies and integration work discussed during your follow-up coaching sessions.
Healing anxiety is not a quick fix, but this focused process is designed to help accelerate change. Change can happen in three ways: immediately, progressively and cumulatively over time. You may notice some shifts quickly, others as you move through the program, and further changes as the work continues to integrate over time.
The aim is not for you to simply become better at managing anxiety indefinitely, but to create deeper changes in how you respond internally and in everyday life.
Your participation matters. Committing to the process, listening to your personalised recordings and actively integrating the strategies and changes we work on gives you the best opportunity to experience meaningful progress.
Your environment matters too. If you remain in relationships, situations or environments that repeatedly reinforce stress, fear, instability or unhealthy patterns, this can make change harder to integrate and maintain. Part of the work may therefore involve recognising what is continuing to affect you and making changes, strengthening boundaries or responding differently where possible.
-
The program includes up to two personalised hypnotherapy sessions, typically 90–120 minutes each.
Some sessions may run longer where needed to complete the work appropriately.
Any additional time required within those sessions is already accounted for in your program investment, so you are not charged extra if a session needs to run longer.
-
Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive is designed as a comprehensive program, with up to three hypnotherapy sessions supported by personalised hypnosis recordings, coaching and integration work.
Many people spend months or even years in regular therapy, often investing the same amount or considerably more over time. This program is designed to concentrate the work into a more focused therapeutic process, with the aim of creating meaningful change rather than measuring progress by the number of appointments attended.
If further RTT® Hypnotherapy is appropriate after the program, we can review your progress and discuss the most suitable next step.
-
No. You do not need to have the cause figured out before we begin. Even if you think you know what caused your anxiety, the underlying drivers are often more complex than they first appear.
Part of the work is exploring the patterns, experiences and learned responses that may be contributing to what you are experiencing now.
-
Yes, potentially. Many people come to this work after already trying counselling, psychology, self-help or other therapeutic approaches.
Some clients choose to continue working with their psychologist or psychiatrist alongside the program for additional support. Others prefer to focus solely on Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive, and for some, that focused approach has been deeply impactful and life-changing.
That was also my own experience. When I was struggling with anxiety, focusing on this kind of work became a significant turning point for me.
Your consultation is where we can look at what support you are already receiving, what has or has not helped, and whether my approach is the right fit for you.
-
Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive is an integrative therapeutic and coaching program that includes RTT® and Clinical Hypnotherapy alongside Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™ and other evidence-informed approaches.
It is not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or psychological care where that is required.
-
Your personalised hypnosis recording is designed to reinforce the work we do during your hypnotherapy session and help support the new patterns, beliefs and responses you are developing.
The hypnotherapy session is where we begin the deeper change. The recording helps continue that process afterwards by repeatedly reinforcing the suggestions, language and changes that are specific to you and the work we have done together.
This is where the neuroscience comes in: repetition helps strengthen new neural pathways and supports the brain in making new responses more familiar over time.
Regular listening can support integration and neural rewiring, helping the changes become more familiar and automatic rather than something you have to consciously manage.
Think of the session as creating the shift, and the recording as helping your mind practice and strengthen that new way of responding.
-
The follow-up calls are used to review what has shifted, support integration, address anything that has arisen and help you apply the changes in everyday life. They are not additional full hypnotherapy sessions.
-
Yes. Payment options are available. All agreed payments must be completed before your first hypnotherapy session begins.
-
The 50-minute consultation gives us time to understand what you are experiencing, what you want to change and whether Tranceform Anxiety to Thrive is the right pathway for you.
-
Yes. Sessions are available online via Zoom, so I can work with clients outside Perth and internationally where appropriate.
-
No specific result or timeframe can be guaranteed. Outcomes are influenced by your participation, commitment to the process, consistency with the work between sessions, your environment and relationships, and how actively you integrate what we work on.
The program is designed to create the conditions for meaningful change, but lasting progress also depends on what continues outside the session — including whether the patterns, situations or relationships contributing to your anxiety are being reinforced or addressed.
