Many people worry about “losing control” during hypnosis — but you are always fully aware and in charge. You cannot be made to say or do anything against your will. For clients that are nervous about relaxing deeply or closing their eyes, Conversational Hypnosis offers an alternative — your eyes remain open, and you stay fully engaged throughout. Just like traditional hypnosis, you’ll still remember everything we discuss.

Hypnosis simply helps you access a calm, focused state — known as the alpha and theta brainwave states — where your mind becomes more open and receptive to positive change.

Meet Julie

I’ve been where you are — and I know the way through.

I’m Julie Chal, Clinical Hypnotherapist in Perth, Western Australia, working with clients worldwide. I know how anxiety feels because I lived with it for over 30 years. It can feel like a silent battle — but you’re not alone. Healing is absolutely possible — you don’t just have to cope.

After years of trying medication and talk therapy with little relief, I began exploring the subconscious mind and discovered the power of hypnotherapy. Working at this deeper level finally helped me heal the root of my anxiety rather than just managing symptoms.

Today, I offer a specialised, transformation-based approach that draws on my training in Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Conversational Hypnosis, and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™ and as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist™. Over time, I’ve refined these methods into a gentle, intuitive process that helps you heal the root of anxiety and emotional pain — restoring calm, confidence, and inner safety.

Through specialised hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming, we work together to release the beliefs, patterns, and protective responses that keep you stuck in anxiety, stress, fear, or overthinking — so your mind and body can return to calm and safety.

Each session meets you exactly where you are. The pace and depth of your transformation unfold naturally; in the way that’s right for you.
