Up to three personalised hypnotherapy sessions (90–120 minutes each), focused on your primary concern and the deeper patterns connected to it. Sessions can be used as needed within 120 days.

Two follow-up calls after each session (Day 10 and Day 30) to support integration and continued progress.

I’ve been where you are and I know what actually changes it.

I’m Julie Chal, a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Perth, working with clients across Australia and internationally.

I lived with anxiety for over 30 years.
From the outside, life looked normal. Internally, it was exhausting.

After trying medication and traditional therapy without lasting change, I began working at the subconscious level.

That’s where everything shifted.

Today, I help clients identify and change the patterns driving their anxiety, so it no longer needs to be managed.

My work draws on Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Conversational Hypnosis, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™, and my training as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist™, refined into a structured process focused on lasting change.
