Meet Julie

I’ve been where you are — and I know the way through.

I’m Julie Chal, Clinical Hypnotherapist in Perth, Western Australia — working with clients around the world. I know how anxiety feels, because I lived it for over 30 years. It can feel like a silent battle, but you’re not alone. Healing is absolutely possible — you don’t just have to cope.

After years of trying medication and talk therapy with little relief, I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) — the approach that finally helped me heal at the root.

Today, I combine RTT®, Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH), and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™ (STIC) to create a holistic, mind-body pathway to calm and safety.
