I’ve been where you are — and I know the way through.

I’m Julie Chal, a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Perth, Western Australia, working with clients across Australia and internationally.

I understand anxiety deeply because I lived with it for more than 30 years. From the outside, life can appear normal, yet internally it can feel like a constant and exhausting battle. If this is your experience, please know that you are not alone — and that genuine healing is possible.

After years of trying medication and traditional talk therapy with little lasting relief, I began exploring the subconscious mind and discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy. Working at this deeper level allowed me to address the root causes of anxiety rather than simply managing the symptoms.

Today, my work draws on my professional training in Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Conversational Hypnosis, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™, and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. Over time, I have refined these approaches into a gentle and intuitive therapeutic process that helps uncover and heal the underlying patterns driving anxiety and emotional distress.

My work is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on lasting transformation — helping you restore calm, rebuild confidence, and expand your nervous system’s capacity so you can feel grounded and resilient in everyday life.

For clients who prefer to stay fully engaged, Conversational Hypnosis offers an option where your eyes remain open while accessing the subconscious mind.

Each session meets you exactly where you are. The pace and depth of transformation unfold naturally in the way that is right for you.

Some clients experience profound shifts after a single session, while others benefit from deeper integration over time. For this reason, the program includes up to three sessions to support lasting change.

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Up to three personalised hypnotherapy sessions (90–120 minutes each), focused on your primary concern and the deeper patterns connected to it. Sessions can be used as needed within 120 days.

Integration Support

Two follow-up calls after each session (Day 10 and Day 30) to support integration and continued progress.

When beneficial, you will receive a short personalised hypnosis audio designed to support subconscious integration and neural rewiring.
