Meet Julie
For years, I experienced self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and the sense that something deeper needed to change. Like many people, I tried approaches that helped me cope, but never fully resolved what was driving it. Everything shifted when I began working with the subconscious mind.
By changing the patterns underneath my thoughts and reactions, I was able to experience a genuine sense of calm, clarity, and stability, not just temporary relief.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Perth, Western Australia, working with clients locally and worldwide.
My approach brings together Clinical Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Conversational Hypnosis, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™, and my work as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist™, integrating techniques including regression, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, and parts-based work.

A Personalised Process
Each session meets you exactly where you are. The depth and pace of the work unfold in a way your mind and nervous system can integrate safely and effectively.
Some clients experience significant shifts early in the process. Others benefit from deeper integration over time.
For this reason, the program includes up to three sessions, allowing the work to unfold fully and support lasting change.

Hypnotherapy Sessions
Up to three (3) personalised hypnotherapy sessions (90–120 minutes each), focused on your primary concern and the deeper patterns connected to it. Occasionally, individual sessions may run longer where needed to complete the work fully. Sessions can be used as needed within 120 days.

Integration Support
Two (2) follow-up calls after each session (Day 10 and Day 30, 30 - 45 minutes each) to support integration and continued progress.

Personalised Neural Rewiring Audio
When beneficial, you will receive a short personalised hypnosis audio (15 - 20 mins) designed to support subconscious integration and neural rewiring to reinforce lasting change.
