I’ve been where you are, and I know the way through.

I’m Julie Chal, a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Perth, Western Australia, working with clients locally and worldwide.

For many years, I experienced self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and the sense that something deeper needed to change. Like many people, I searched for healing through traditional approaches that helped me cope but never fully resolved the underlying causes.

Everything changed when I began exploring the subconscious mind and discovered the power of hypnotherapy. Working at this deeper level allowed me to release the root patterns behind my struggles and finally experience a genuine sense of safety, clarity, and freedom.

Today, I bring together my training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Conversational Hypnosis, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™, and Narcissistic Abuse Specialist™ through my transformation-based program Tranceform to Thrive.

Over time, I have refined these methods into a gentle and intuitive process that meets each person exactly where they are, helping them release emotional blocks, rewire limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their natural sense of calm and confidence.

My work is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on lasting change, guiding people to heal at the root so they can truly thrive, not just cope.

For clients who prefer to stay fully engaged, Conversational Hypnosis offers an option where your eyes remain open while accessing the subconscious mind.


My approach draws on Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Conversational Hypnosis to access the subconscious patterns driving emotional and behavioural struggles.

By working at this deeper level, we are able to transform the beliefs, emotional responses, and protective patterns that keep problems repeating — allowing meaningful and lasting change to occur.

A personalised process


Each session meets you exactly where you are. The pace and depth of transformation unfold naturally in the way that is right for you.

Some clients experience profound shifts after a single session, while others benefit from deeper integration over time. For this reason, the program includes up to three sessions to support lasting change.

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Up to three personalised hypnotherapy sessions (90–120 minutes each), focused on your primary concern and the deeper patterns connected to it. Sessions can be used as needed within 120 days.

Two follow-up calls after each session (Day 10 and Day 30) to support integration and continued progress.
