What if the recipient doesn’t use the e-gift card?

The e-gift card is valid for six (6) months from the purchase date. If it’s not redeemed within that time, it will expire. While it’s non-refundable, it can be transferred to someone else with written notice via email 3 weeks before it expires and redeemed before the expiration date.

Is this the same as a therapy session?
No — this is a gentle, guided conversation, not a therapy session. It’s designed to provide understanding, comfort, and clarity — and to explore whether hypnotherapy may be the right next step. And if it’s not then the gift recipient, will still leave the session with greater understanding, relief, and clarity about their next steps.
