Yes. All hypnosis, meditation, and nervous system practices are gentle, trauma-informed, and designed to be used safely at home. Just don’t listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing tasks that require full attention.

How much time do I need each week?

Most modules are 15–25 minutes, plus optional practices. However, they are separated into short 5-10 minute sections, so you don’t have to sit down and complete the Modules all at once.
Even 5 minutes a day of nervous system regulation can create powerful change over time.

Do I have to join the community?

It’s optional — but highly recommended.
