This toolkit focuses on helping you understand how anxiety operates in your nervous system, brain, and subconscious patterns, and how to respond in ways that support safety rather than force.

Is this a quick fix?
No — and it isn’t designed to be. Anxiety doesn’t soften through pressure or perfection. This toolkit focuses on creating safety first, so change can happen gradually and sustainably.

Do I get lifetime access?

Are the audios safe?
Yes. All hypnosis, meditation, and nervous-system practices in this toolkit are gentle, trauma-informed, and designed to be used safely at home.
As with any audio that supports relaxation or altered states, they should be listened to in a safe, comfortable environment. Please avoid listening while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
How much time do I need each week?
Most modules are around 15–25 minutes in total, with optional practices you can return to as needed. The content is broken into short 5–10 minute sections, so you don’t need to sit down and complete a module all at once.
Even a few minutes a day of nervous-system regulation can create meaningful change over time.
Is this suitable if I'm currently in therapy or taking medication?
Yes. This toolkit is educational and focused on nervous-system regulation, and many people use it alongside therapy or medication.
