You’re coping with anxiety.

But do you know what’s actually driving it?

A live 6-week online small-group program for high-functioning women who want a safe space to share, understand why their anxiety keeps persisting, learn what their mind and body are responding to, and begin changing the patterns that keep them stuck.

Every Wednesday

6:30pm - 8:30pm AWST (Perth, Australia / GMT+8)

14 October 2026 - 18 November 2026

Live online and open to women worldwide where the time zone works for you.

Limited to 5 women to ensure personal attention and a supportive group experience.

You’re functioning despite living with anxiety.

  • You get on with life. You do what needs to be done.

  • But underneath that, you may feel constantly on edge, overthinking, or bracing for something to go wrong.

  • You may have tried supplements, breathing exercises, meditation, counselling, self-help or other ways of managing it, yet you still feel stuck in the same patterns.

  • You’re tired of managing the symptoms without really understanding what is driving them.

  • You want to understand what’s happening, ask questions, hear from other women, and receive support, rather than sitting alone working through another course.

Anxiety isn’t the problem.

It’s a symptom and protective response.

When we understand the pattern, we can change the response.

The 5 Stage Framework

Over six weeks, I’ll guide you through my 5-Stage Framework to help you understand your anxiety, regulate your nervous system, interrupt reinforcing patterns, uncover what may be underneath it, and build greater self-trust.

Understand what anxiety is, how it shows up, and what your mind and body may be responding to.

Recognise nervous-system activation and learn ways to create more internal safety.

Recognise fear, avoidance and behaviours that reinforce anxiety loops, and begin responding differently.

Explore what your anxiety may be trying to protect you from, including the fears and beliefs underneath it.

Strengthen more accurate beliefs, self-trust and healthier ways of responding.

Meet Julie

I’m Julie Chal, a Rapid Transformational Therapist® and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Perth, working with clients online around the world.

I help high-functioning adults change what’s driving anxiety and chronic stress at the subconscious and nervous-system level, so they can feel calmer, more confident and more free.

My own experience with anxiety is what led me to this work.

For more than 30 years, I lived with anxiety, overthinking and self-doubt while looking as though I had everything together on the outside.

I had spent years in regular talk therapy. It helped me understand myself, but I still felt there was something deeper keeping the same patterns in place.

Discovering this work changed the way I understood anxiety and showed me that meaningful change is possible without spending the rest of your life simply managing the same symptoms.

That experience is one of the reasons I created this group. I know that not every woman is ready to jump straight into intensive 1:1 work.

Sometimes you first need a safe place to understand what is happening, ask questions, learn alongside other women and begin making sense of your own patterns.

My approach integrates Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Conversational Hypnosis and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™, alongside CBT, NLP, psychotherapy-informed techniques and parts-based work.

In my private work, I go much deeper into the individual subconscious patterns and experiences driving anxiety. In this six-week group, I draw on that same understanding to help you understand, regulate, interrupt, uncover and rebuild, within a supportive small-group setting.

This program is for you if…

  • You’re high functioning on the outside but live with persistent anxiety.

  • You overthink, second-guess yourself or brace for something to go wrong.

  • You’ve tried to manage the anxiety in different ways but still don’t really understand why it keeps happening.

  • You want practical support and a deeper understanding of what your mind and body are responding to.

  • You want a live, supportive experience where you can ask questions and learn alongside other women.

  • You’re open to reflecting on your own patterns and trying different ways of responding.

  • You may not feel ready for intensive 1:1 work, but you know you don’t want to keep doing this alone.

Why a small women-only group?

Maximum 5 women means this is not a webinar or a large anonymous group.

It gives you space to ask questions, share what is happening for you, hear how anxiety shows up for other women, and receive more personalised support.

Keeping the group women-only also creates room for conversations that may be especially relevant to women; including relationships, people-pleasing, responsibility, life transitions and the pressure to hold everything together.

You never have to share anything you don’t want to.

Listening and learning from other women’s experience is part of the process.

Confidential, respectful and judgement free space.
