The Relationship Clarity Journal

$19.80

What I Want, What I Need, and What I Will Not Compromise On

Knowing what you want in a relationship can feel straightforward, until you meet someone you really like.

Chemistry, attraction, hope and potential can make it easy to overlook incompatibilities, explain away concerns or gradually compromise on standards that once mattered to you.

The Relationship Clarity Journal is a guided relationship journal and workbook designed to help you slow down, reflect and gain clarity about the relationship you want.

Originally created as a workbook for my clients, this expanded journal helps you explore:

  • Your relationship intentions and future

  • Values, character and emotional maturity

  • Boundaries, communication and conflict

  • Reciprocity, consistency and effort

  • Lifestyle and practical compatibility

  • Money, work and responsibility

  • Family, children, previous relationships and beliefs

  • Attraction, affection and intimacy

  • Your personal standards, dealbreakers and non-negotiables

You will also have space to reflect on what a current or potential partner is actually showing you through their words, actions and behaviour—not simply what you hope may change.

The journal concludes with a Current or Potential Partner Compatibility Review, helping you bring your reflections together and consider whether the relationship in front of you is compatible with the life you want to build.

This journal is not about finding a perfect person or someone who ticks every box. It is about understanding yourself more clearly, recognising what genuinely matters to you and making relationship decisions based on evidence rather than hope alone.

Whether you are single, dating, beginning a new relationship or reflecting on an existing one, The Relationship Clarity Journal gives you a structured space to reflect, identify what you need and choose with greater clarity.

Prefer a physical journal? The paperback edition is also available on Amazon.

This journal is intended for self-reflection and education. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Work at your own pace and pause if an exercise feels overwhelming.
